Cable Core Manufacturing Execution System
Designed a comprehensive manufacturing execution system for cable manufacturing industries, focusing on streamlining production workflows and providing role-specific experiences for various stakeholders within the organisation.

Large cable manufacturing industries needed to automate their machine operations and workflows across different organisational roles. The existing process lacked cohesion and efficiency, leading to communication gaps and productivity bottlenecks.
